Return and Refund Policy of Donut Auto Parts

Before you consider returning an item and getting a refund, please contact us. You need to email us at support@donutparts.com first so our staff can assist you. We will not consider any refunds if you fail to contact us.

You may return most new and used items within 60 days of delivery for a refund: undamaged item, same condition as you received. We will also pay the return shipping label if the return is the result of our error (freight shipping excluded).

Donut Auto Parts' return policy is simple. We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:

  • Pictures of the wrong item and original packaging. Please send us images of the part that was shipped to you, as well as the original packaging.
  • Part in good condition, or the same condition as pictured and shipped to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: no signs of modification, additional scratches, tears, or dents. If the item has a Warranty Void Seal, it must not be tampered with; otherwise the refund will be refused.

Items shipped out of the country (Canada, Mexico, or other countries using a package-forwarding company) are not eligible for return or refund. All such sales are considered final. We are not responsible for shipping charges or for arranging shipping from and to the United States. Returns are accepted within the USA only.

As soon as we receive the item back, we will ship you the correct part. Because fraud has become such a widespread problem, we cannot ship the correct part until we receive the original item first. We apologize and ask for your understanding.

If your return is the result of a change of mind or the item is no longer needed, it is eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

There is no restocking fee.

All electrical parts sales are final: no return, no exception.

All frame-cut, quarter-panel-cut, and apron-cut parts are no refund, no cancellation, no exception.

In the case of a world crisis, natural disaster, war, or pandemic, we may experience significant shipment delays. We will not allow cancellation or refund if the issue is due to a delay from those reasons.

Donut Auto Parts ships items to you free, but in the case of a return or change of mind you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If a full refund is requested, we will promptly refund the purchase price, excluding the original shipping and any applicable credit card fees. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping; you must file a claim with the carrier. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. When shipping a return, consider tracking and insuring your package. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.

Warranty

Most parts carry a 30-day warranty from delivery. Electrical components and cut sections (frame, quarter, apron) are final sale and are not covered. Parts we install in-house, such as battery packs and drive units (installed only when the part is purchased from us), carry a warranty of 60 days or more depending on the item. Warranty covers the part only; it does not cover labor or programming charges.
