Shipping Policy of Donut Auto Parts

Handling and same-day shipping. Smaller parts ship nationwide with same-day handling when payment clears by 1:00 PM PST; otherwise they ship the next business day. Tracking is provided on every order.

Large and freight items. Large items such as battery packs, doors, hoods, and seats ship by LTL freight to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. For residential delivery, a liftgate service fee applies. If neither option works, we can hold the item at your local freight hub for pickup. Please allow 5 to 11 business days from the ship date for LTL freight items; smaller parcels are faster.

Local pickup. Free local pickup is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, at 3730 Omec Circle, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.

Outside the continental US. Most orders ship within the continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international rates, contact us before ordering at 916-713-5256. We can also deliver to any re-shipping company within the USA.
