We are not responsible for compatibility, please order parts with the same part number to avoid delays and fitment issues in your purchase. Always verify O.E.M part numbers check fitment.

Shipping & Return Policy

• For LTL and freight shipments of large items like Battery Packs, Seats, Doors, Trunks, Hoods, and other sizable body parts, a commercial address is mandatory. This must be a business equipped with a dock or forklift. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to restaurants, office buildings, or hotels.
• Please allow 5-11 business days from the shipping date to receive freight items.
• If a forklift is not available to unload your package, please ensure that you added liftgate service fee to your order.
• Residential deliveries have an extra charge required by LTL to cover liftgate usage and city ordinance. Be advised not all LTL freight companies offer lift gate services in every town especially in rural areas.
• If you do not have a commercial address or a proper residential address reach out to us to work things out LTL items can always be held at your local hub and made available for pickup.
• We offer free local pickup Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Local Customers

For our local customers we provide installation on battery packs and drive units purchase. Drive unit and battery pack installations come with a 60 day warranty. All parts are fully tested. Using the industries leading tools, we also provide installation of other parts.

Payment

Payment must be submitted within 48 hours after purchase time.

We have a Same handling time when paid by 2pm pst and 3-day handling time for LTL freight items.
