Programming may be required for many electronic components. We are not responsible for labor or programming charges, so check with your installer beforehand.

How does shipping work?

Smaller parts ship nationwide with same-day handling when paid by 1:00 PM PST. Large items (battery packs, doors, hoods, seats) ship LTL freight to a commercial address with a dock or forklift; allow 5 to 11 business days, and add liftgate service if needed. Free local pickup is available Mon to Fri, 8 to 5.

Do you ship freight to a home address?

Freight items need a commercial address with a dock or forklift, or a liftgate service fee for residential delivery. If neither works, we can hold the item at your local freight hub for pickup.

How long does freight take?

Please allow 5 to 11 business days from the ship date for LTL freight items. Smaller parcels are faster.

Do you ship internationally?

Most orders ship within the continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international rates, contact us before ordering. We can also deliver to any re-shipping company in the USA.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking is provided on every order. If you bought on eBay, your tracking appears in your eBay order details, or just call us with your order number.

What is your warranty?

Most parts carry a 30-day warranty from delivery. Electrical components and cut sections are final sale and are not covered. Parts we install in-house (battery packs, drive units and more) carry a warranty of 60 days or more depending on the item. Warranty covers the part only, not labor or programming.

How do I start a return?

Email support@donutparts.com within 60 days of delivery for a return authorization before opening any case, and keep all original markings intact. If the part comes back in the same condition we sent it, you get a full refund; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A part returned damaged is not eligible for a refund. Are any parts final sale?

Yes. Electrical components and cut sections (frame, quarter, or apron) are final sale and cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether a part is final sale, call us before you buy.

Is there a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee. As long as the part comes back in the same condition we sent it, you get a full refund. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

My part arrived damaged. What now?

If a part arrives damaged through our fault, contact us right away with photos before opening any claim. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund, and let you know if the part needs to come back (handled case by case).

Do you install parts?

Yes, for local customers, but only parts purchased from us, not components from elsewhere. We install battery packs, drive units and most other parts in-house using industry-leading tools, with a warranty of 60 days or more depending on the item. Reach out and we will set it up.

Can I pick up my order?

Free local pickup is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 3730 Omec Circle, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.

Do you test parts before selling them?

Yes. Parts are pulled in-house and tested before listing. Battery packs and drive units are bench-checked using industry-leading tools, and we can provide charging history, mileage when dismantled, and state of charge.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
